1. Scope of Supply
The Contractor shall supply, deliver, install, test, commission, and hand over complete Compressor Training System, including:
Fully operational refrigeration/dehumidifier training unit
Integrated instrumentation and control panel
RFID power management system
Standard accessories and tools
Documentation and experiment manuals
The system shall be complete, factory-assembled, tested, and ready for instructional use.
2. General Description
The Compressor Training System shall be a fully operational refrigeration and dehumidification training unit designed to:
Simulate dehumidifier workflow
Demonstrate refrigeration cycle operation
Enable compressor start-up training
Facilitate refrigerant charging practice
Support performance evaluation and Mollier diagram plotting
The system shall include condenser and evaporator fan coil units arranged to simulate an air dehumidification process.
Refrigerant shall be R134a or equivalent environmentally acceptable refrigerant.

Constructed from aluminum profile and sheet-metal frame

Mounted on four (4) heavy-duty casters:
